Specialty Pharmacy Finder
Identify payer-preferred specialty pharmacies based on payers for commercial and non-commercial plans
This tool helps you determine whether a patient's health plan requires use of a certain specialty pharmacy. Using a preferred in-network pharmacy may minimize patient out-of-pocket costs and expedite fulfillment. For plans without a preferred in-network pharmacy or "open access," you can choose any specialty pharmacy.
Start your search by selecting a state from the drop-down menu, then choose a health plan.
