No, the Co-pay Savings Program is available for eligible commercially insured patients only. The Co-pay Savings Program is not valid for prescriptions that are eligible to be reimbursed by:
- Medicare or a Medicare Part D plan, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, DOD, Puerto Rico Government Health Insurance Plan, or any other state or federally funded healthcare benefit program (collectively, “Government Programs”); or
- by commercial plans or other health or pharmacy benefit programs that reimburse for the entire cost of prescription drugs or prohibit the use of the Co-pay Savings Program

Visit medicare.gov/prescription-payment-plan, or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except for some federal holidays).
State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP)

The Support Path Patient Assistance Program provides support to eligible uninsured patients who meet the program’s eligibility criteria. If your patient has been prescribed a Gilead or Asegua medication and they are uninsured, they may apply to the Support Path Patient Assistance Program.
