Co-pay assistance for your eligible commercially insured patients

Co-pay support may be available for eligible commercially insured patients to help reduce out-of-pocket costs for their prescribed Gilead and Asegua treatments.*

*The co-pay coupon is not insurance and is not intended to substitute for insurance. The co-pay coupon is valid only for patients with commercial insurance and is not valid for prescriptions that are eligible to be reimbursed:

  • in whole or in part by Medicare or a Medicare Part D plan, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, DOD, Puerto Rico Government Health Insurance Plan, or any other state or federally funded healthcare benefit program (collectively, “Government Programs”); or
  • by commercial plans or other health or pharmacy benefit programs that reimburse for the entire cost of prescription drugs or prohibit the co-pay coupon's use.

Is my patient eligible for co-pay support?

Support Path offers co-pay coupon support to help eligible commercially insured patients who need financial assistance for their out-of-pocket medication costs. For more information, please call 1-855-7-MYPATH (1-855-769-7284).

If my patient is a Medicare recipient, are they eligible for co-pay support?

No, the co-pay coupon program is available for eligible commercially insured patients only. The co-pay coupon is not valid for prescriptions that are eligible to be reimbursed by:

  • Medicare or a Medicare Part D plan, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, DOD, Puerto Rico Government Health Insurance Plan, or any other state or federally funded healthcare benefit program (collectively, “Government Programs”); or
  • by commercial plans or other health or pharmacy benefit programs that reimburse for the entire cost of prescription drugs or prohibit the co-pay coupon's use.
