Co-pay coupon

Cost should not be a barrier to receiving treatment

A co-pay coupon may help eligible patients reduce out-of-pocket costs of Gilead or Asegua treatment.

  • Eligible patients may pay as little as $5 per co-pay for their medicine. You are not eligible if you are enrolled in a government healthcare prescription drug program such as Medicaid or Medicare Part D (including when you are in the Medicare coverage gap known as the “donut hole”)
  • If you are eligible, the co-pay coupon program will cover the out-of-pocket costs of your EPCLUSA, HARVONI, VOSEVI, SOVALDI, authorized generic of EPCLUSA, or authorized generic of HARVONI prescriptions up to a maximum of 25% of the catalog price of 3 bottles/packages of the applicable product
